I kept getting those types of letters for awhile also. What I did was simply sent a letter back to them basically stating that I don’t understand why they need to update any information they may have about me because I’m am not under their jurisdiction. I then closed with something to the effect of if they believe I am incorrect in my premise in any way to please contact me with the correct information that is supported by law. That was sometime earlier last year and, from there, I’ve never gotten another letter.
