I was about to post a thread asking a question involving this very same topic (that's why I'm in the UCC section).
Since around the turn of the century, I've been affixing "Without Prejudice UCC 1-207" to all my signatures. Except for one time where I eventually came out on top, I never had any problem when I did that with my signature. What I want to know is this. Would it be just as efficient if I just put "Without Prejudice"?
