Since around the turn of the century, I've been affixing "Without Prejudice UCC 1-207" to all my signatures. Except for one time where I eventually came out on top, I never had any problem when I did that with my signature. What I want to know is this. Would it be just as efficient if I just put "Without Prejudice"?

Some 'government' agencies at the state and federal levels are rejecting the applications for things such as licensing, to put the UCC1-308(reserving all rights) with the signature. I suggest the following forms to protect yourself from your commercial account(NAME).
Put By:Name-agent, or Name dba NAME
