What could happen is that they will invite you to court.& You can beat anything they throw at you.& You can then claim that they are "maliciously prosecuting" you... and seek damages... punitive damages.& Of course, if it gets to a point where you file a claim against them, they will want to settle.
Don't "trip" about it.& If anyone wants to contract with you... then go for the gold.& But, get all your facts ready so that you can inform the "city" what they will&need to prove IS NOT THE LAW OF THE LAND.
Allow me to quote myself: "The big truth is this: YOU ARE KING.& They must come before your throne and lay the proof of a thing at your feet.& If they cannot, then your servant, the judge, will order them to begone from your royal presence."
And also: "The best advice anyone could give is: Know the Law, Know the Court.& Hold any accuser/asserter to his strictest proof of claim UNDER THE LAW."
