I have met with someone who designs and builds HHO generators for himself and for sale. I met him at his shop and spent about 3 hours going through everything with him. His daily driver is a ford f-150 pickup that is less than 10 years old and he gets about 35 mpg from it on a regular basis. A mutual aquaintence of ours has a Cummins Dodge 2500 and he gets about the same on the higway, less in the city. Small cars like Civics and Corrollas are getting 50-70 mpg depending on year, model, etc.

I will hopefully be purchasing a kit from him soon to try on my daily driver. I would prefer to purchase a PICC and HHO together, but they are still too expensive, even for the proven results of 80 MPG on a new Honda Civic.

With upgraded batteries on a Prius, 150 MPG has been achieved. The technology exists to do this stuff now. General Motors wont sell and you wont hear about it on CNN, so if you want it, get out and buy it or make it.
