CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS O.C.G.A. § 40-1-1 (2007)

(75) "Vehicle" means every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, excepting devices used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.

plug "automobile" into "device" and check back when you figure out the premise.

This is a joke, right? In fact, you're always joking. No one can be as dumb as you come across.

"Every device" looks pretty comprehensive. And as far as people or property being transported...every car I have ever seen had at least one person being transported in it. Those things don't drive themselves.

Anyway, drooler boy, you bear the burden of proof. Cite me a Georgia case that says a regular old car (pickup truck, SUV, whatever) driven by John Q. Citizen is NOT a motor vehicle as that term is used in the Georgia code.

Just one case. Time to put up or shut up.

We decline that invitation. - State v. Skurdal, Supreme Court of Montana, 235 Mont. 291, 767 P.2d 304 at 308 (1988).
