The situation is not to figure out which constitution is which (it already appears you know that there is a difference).& The question to ask is, who did he make the oath to?& A lawyer or a notary?& that is just an example.& But, it addresses the corporate side and the public side.&


If you can find the answer to that--you will find the answer to your original question very easily.
