You're just sore because the lawyers didn't get their cut.
A buddy of mine uses pre-paid legal. He get tickets reduced to $50-$75 all the time (2 in the last year) and if a moving infraction, reduced to a non-moving infraction.
Pre-paid legal knows what's going on and they go through this every day.
It's a revenue racket, nothing more.
