A win is a win, no matter how gotten. You are correct about one thing tho, the system will correct it's exploits once detected. After I used the Tumey v Ohio case in beating a seat belt ticket in MI (judges get a piece of every ticket in their retirement fund), the last 2 times I have been pulled over, the coppers merely hand my stuff back to me after running the license and tell me to be safe and have a nice day. A coincidence, I think not! I wonder if the state of MI is gonna find another source for funding their judges retirement fund!? ROFLOL
