Health has kept me from these forums for quite some time. Just wanted to point out that employees from that CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL are looking to renegotiate the unwritten matters of your movements. I said a lot more to the ones that diverted my property 15 days ago, with a sprig of lemon and peppermint, and he just keeps defaulting with a bluff here and there to lay aside your statements and reservations. They pick and choose whomever the feel. They'll violate every rule of safe movement themselves just to tailgate behind someone to have the scanner automatically read the license plates of the vehicle attached to the Vessel; then they whip around with such non-signalled and non-predictable movement just to get behind the next mobile to cast their illusion of safety upon.
As a matter of enforcement, they are true to their word in a matter of the common Law, yet they are there to (en)force the attachment and re-assignment of title to property to the limited liability of their legislated person in their Form. The attachment is as though it were voluntarily applied, and the search would reveal that the prosecution depends on that inquest. All it waters down to is to fill the office yourself and do the job right. I'll even post the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics supposedly taught to those CITY OF ANAHEIM and CITY OF LOS ANGELES employees back in 1969, that I uncovered in a book I recovered a couple months ago;
