without prejudice does not necessarily nullify a contract.

signing "authorized representative" would limit liability to the legal fiction.

"without recourse" would disavow all liability associated with the instrument.

"not for accommodation" would indicate you are not undertaking a liability to pay on the instrument for the strawman in case of it's non-payment.

However paying in FRN's could be a limiting factor on the last 2 restrictive endorsements. The mere act of paying in FRN's incurs a liability associated with that particular debt instrument and the associated transactions.

However you could you could restrictively endorse the FRN's exempting yourself from liability on them.

It's a tricky little game.
