I spend a lot of my free time in a valiant (not to mention uncompensated) attempt to keep folks at Sui (the ones who are not too far gone, at least) from drinking the Kool-Aid. Right now I'm trying to convince folks that citing the long-overturned "Credit River" case is NOT going to help them avoid their house being foreclosed on. I have enough compassion for my fellow man that I don't like to see folks turned out on the street. In my judgment, my time is better spent posting on threads like this than playing farmer giles' little bulls**t game.

If I were an *******, I wouldn't care about someone I never met losing their house. I'd just say, "Fine, let them cite an overturned case that has no precedential value. Serves 'em right." But I actually care enough that I want someone who is facing foreclosure to have a fighting chance. Citing garbage like "Credit River" in a foreclosure is like going to a gunfight armed only with a water pistol.

You want to call me an *******, fine. But the facts don't bear that out.
