Elvick
I never said that filing a UCC-1 was the reason Roger Elvick went to prison.
I just noted that he was one of the main proponents of the "strawman"/redemption theories, and that he also went to prison. I think it was for filing bogus liens against public officials. I'll have to check.
In any event, once again we have evidence that some of you don't read very well.
I also understand that Elvick spent time in mental hospitals, but I have yet to verify that.
