First of all, you're being silly. Roger Elvick is a typical con artist, nothing more. He tells people what they want to hear, or at least used to, at his seminars.

And actually, no, I do NOT consider those two men to be role models. Nelson Mandela is, or at least was, a Marxist, and I despise Marxists. Mahatma Gandhi, while generally a decent man, was so dedicated to pacifism above all else that he once said the Jews should have just gone meekly to their deaths at the hands of the Nazis. I find that to be a rather sick and insane thing to say.
