The flood came from the Sumerian epics? Do you know what the Sumerian dimensions for the ark are? A box. A square box. No vessel built like a box will stay upright/afloat.

Go read the Bible's description of the ark's dimensions. That ratio is the same ratio used to build most of our large ships. It works. That of Gilgamesh does not. If Genesis is plagiarism of the Sumerian epics, it should be the other way around.
