I'm sorry your ex is such a pain. The more family law cases I get, the more I realize I did a good thing by not getting married.
Step One: Forget "Conditionally Accepted for Value" or any UCC/Redemption crap. You're in family court, so the UCC has NO application to your situation. The law that applies here is New Jersey's domestic relations code (or whatever term they use for it).
At best, trying to apply UCC stuff will be a waste of time and you will go into default for not having filed an answer. At worst, the judge is going to order you sent for a psych evaluation because you're spouting gibberish.
If you truly don't want to screw things up worse than they are, then get to your local Legal Services office and see if one of their staff attorneys can help you or refer you to one who can.

We reject Skurdal's argument that he is a "free man" exempt from the laws because he has "no contracts" with either the state or federal governments...No persons in Montana may exempt themselves from any law simply by declaring they do not consent to it applying to them...Accepting Skurdal's assertion of exempt status is an invitation to anarchy. We decline that invitation. - State v. Skurdal, Supreme Court of Montana, 235 Mont. 291, 767 P.2d 304 at 308 (1988).
