I'm going back into the work force soon and I'm trying to figure out how to protect my soon to be income from the vultures that are out to get me. I've had Delta Credit Union take $1300 out my bank account because of a "judgement/order" that they were awarded in court that I never knew about.

You should have been given a Notice to Defend. If you were not properly served (
sewer service) you may have an issue. However, you must let the courthouse know what happened, you often have a short time (10 days) to raise a valid objection to the judgment.

Be careful with this stuff, some of the things that I have seen could result in fraud charges, like submitting Bill of Exchange, or Bonds, with nothing to support them. Thus, it could result in a whole new level of pain.
