DEAR , Jerry Carlos ,no cynicism intended - my sincerest appology as i meant no offence by abbreviating your nomen. i confess my ignorance of the proper rules of english grammer- please don't hold that against me as i'am a product of the public fool system.but i'am trying to educate myself- which is part of my posts on this site. ''pound of flesh'' was to imply the paying of taxes. nothing more. the ''babel system ''is imperial gouvernment. ''submit'' means to obey. i'am no laywer and i'am not trying to ask leading questions.the details of my question? plainly -do you pay income tax? if no ,how is this accomplished? how would i go about doing the same? do you pay property tax? no? how is this done? do you use a license to drive? I must admit it sounds like i'am trying to grill you but i'am not. my questions are as plain as i know how to make them in the common street language that i speak. no legalease meant or intended.no doublespeak. my only purpose in this is to be out from under the imperial "yoke" but lack much understanding. lost and found.
