From the sound of it, I think you are outside of the time limits. However, you can still raise the issue to the court, it would be up to the judge to decide the issue. Check with the courthouse about this issue.

Unless you can beat the judgment issue, well, it doesn’t look good. I am somewhat reluctant to say this; in any case, you may realize that all the U.C.C. stuff may lead the judge to feel that you are trying to run out on a debt you may owe.
