Here is the update on this venture: we filed a countersuit by means of a LoR for this action, we replied several R4C and heard nothing after that from the state of PA. we weren't really sure that it worked until the same driver was stopped in the state of ohio driving another commercial vehicle by the DOT for speeding and let me say this driver has many speeding tickets on his legal name license, so upon being asked for his license he replied "this is not for identification purposes" and handed it to the DOT, after sitting for about 20 minutes waiting for the outcome from the DOT knowing he was running a check on the legal name license, he returned to the truck handed him a speed warning and said O.K. you are free to go, now he was right by the PA. state line and if there was a warrant for him I'm sure they would have transported him to the PA. line with pleasure, there is just one thing we still have to check, PA. is good for blocking a license from another state so it can't be renewed, after we check that I'll let everyone know the results, so for all you weary readers of the LoR and R4C I can honestly say it has worked for us so far in this action.
