For or against, you recognize that what we have here is a defacto "court". The gov (defacto or dejure) is specifically banned from messing with our rights on this issue. These rulings do not apply to the People.
I have had little or no response on the real issues of inalienable rights of Sovereigns from fellow gun nuts. They prefer to argue about governmental (private corporate) regulation and worry about that stupid FFL. Or how awful it would be if someone else (that they don't approve of) had a gun.
This thread is a good idea if it doesn't get bogged down with the "usual" collection of naysayers.
