Okay,



Now you're thinking like a sovereign. Now you need to find the statute or rules governing their job description and then the rules that they will be held liable for if those rules are broken. get that documentation before going down there.



Next, take a notary with you as a first hand witness of the events. Do not reveal that the person with you is a notary--if they ask then that is another matter but don't volunteer any information.



Let them break the rules in front a disinterested third party public official.



When you have a notary as a witness--that is like having 2 witnesses.
