It says, "neither the Unites States nor any state".& Wouldn't that mean that if the United States included all 50 states there would be no need to add, "nor any state"?


I can't believe that it took me so long to get this.& I honestly think that our thoughts are so conditioned to think the way the government wants us to think, that even the most obvious things don't jump out.


I will keep thinking about this and add more later.
