I have used the ZYA process on a $70k child support case and a $1.2k credit card bill as well as helping a friend with a $200k mortgage. No charges were filed and escrow was closed on those accounts.
Now, I will say this... I haven't been able to get released from prison using it but 2 judges recoused so far and my debtor has been placed on the court docket and called out to court 4 times. The funny thing is, they terminate the hearing the day before or on the morning of. This all started after I filed and sent copies to Paulson, IRS CID, & FDIC.
Oh, after the 4th termination I was contacted by the head judge of the district by phone with his inquiry abouuhe filings. I simply thanked him for acknowledging receipt by notary and informed him that he should contact the IRS! I think he had already been contacted by CID which is why he was calling me. :-)
