LoR is a very powerful remedy.
We have done an all states check on the driver that counterclaimed with a LoR and found no warrants, blocks or cross state claims, including summary offenses.
So the LoR did its job of protecting this driver from any further actions and presentments from this particular state that thought they had a claim, they have taken the advice and chose their remedy of dropping all action against the flesh and blood true name body.
His license is clear from this action.
Thanks Farmer giles of ham for the tip, which is why we did a complete check and was very happy with the results. They were demanding 4000.00 FRNs, they received nothing, but a LoR and now know our standing in Gods wonderful world.
