Do not argue.& make them prove that you need a license to work on your own property.& if you have to ask permission to work on your own property---then it is not your property.& it belongs to the city since you have to ask them for permission.


i would try to steer the organization in this direction of honor and avoid a *censored* and moan session.& just my thoughts.
