The code is clear that collecting on an extension of credit is extortion.& My question is, can a debt collection agency claim that they did not exent credit?


On my summons and coplaint is says that the plaintiff is the debt collection agency and that the plaintiff owns the debt.& Judging by that I would reason that they extended me credit.& However, since they are thieves and liars, I wouldn't be surprised if they had some kind of argument for this.
