Go to the county register of deeds office and get a copy of the property description. Then file a UCC 1 at county level on the real estate description. Use a UCC 1 and a UCC 1 Addendum. Read the instructions on how to fill it out. They are meant to be confusing so just do your best to figure it out.

I have the same problem. Check out the thread on the UCC forum titled SUED FOR FILING A UCC 1.
