Re:application revisited, and a step further

Sui juris,

Thank you for the link.

I can hear what the employer will say in response to this letter. "Well, you may be able to work in the U.S. without an ssn, however, our corporate department needs this information to take out your taxes. Everyone has to pay taxes."

He has also said to me: "I wish I didn't have to pay taxes. I'd be overjoyed! Every time they take out taxes on someone I employ, they take 18 cents out of my pay as well."

I think if this guy knew for a fact he didn't have to pay certain taxes, he'd go that way. However, his employers tell him that "it's the law" so he follows their lead since they sign his check.

I was supposed to go in and sign forms today and get work. Before I received responses from members here I was going to just give in. Now, I'm back to trying to stand up for my rights. I don't know though. I have the landlord on me about rent, behind on electric, too, and the internet connection won't be far behind.

Anyone here interested in helping me with a potential lawsuit/lawsuits? This isn't the only potential lawsuit I have either. I believe I (and my wife) probably have millions of dollars worth of torts from public servants/officers acting under color of law. I just don't know (and didn't know) how to go about claiming my unalienable rights. Feel free to email or pm me or post if you're interested. I imagine there may be time limits on remedies?

Take care,

goldphoenix
