Exactly, which is why they are getting away with *electronically* verifing our accounts! Remember Johnson v. MBNA (that case is a gold mine!). It says CIS (which is another name for e-Oscar or electronic verifications) alone cannot be used to verify accounts when a debtor is disputing the validity of a debt.

I haven't responded to the CRAs yet but I plan to attach a copy of that form to illustrate my point!
