Not really a declaration of independence, more along the lines of a declaration of political status. It would be a like a rebuttal to any presumptions that one is a US CITIZEN.

I mean you can't force someone to be a citizen of an entity for the purpose of raping them, when the whole idea of citizenship is voluntary. This do***ent just states who I am and it does not confirm nor deny anything--its just a statement supported by case law and is very hard to refute. Especially when you have it notarized and filed. It is a sworn statement supported by adjudicated case law firmly established but seldom used I think.

I see lots of do***ents declaring this and that. I believe there is no need to declare (testify) to anything just yet. Since the burden of proof lies with the accusor--it is their job to prove that I am who they say I am. However, I stick by my certificate and I am who I say I am and that is that.
