I know you are correct Jerseee, but right now I cannot afford yet one more battle line as I'm kinda stretched thin right now (IRS problems mainly), but still want to get rid of the State permit to "drive". I know if I just can the plates I will wind up in jail for a while and my auto stolen and not returned.
Last night I did a bit of searching and found that North Dakota does not recognize these plates or licenses. Check
HERE. This is why for the time being I am just going to continue to do what everyone else is doing and keep going to the DMV until I have more resources or something better comes along. If someone out there has had a good experience with these plates and licenses let me know.
