The gold fringe flag is a red herring. There is no jurisdiction to begin with. Everything is predicated on violence with the pretence of providing you with a valuable service. If they were not using violence or holding a gun in your face then there would be no court date. Sorry to sound like a broken record but this is just the way I am seeing it and I haven't seen anything to contradict it.
If you are thinking that the gold fringe flag means that there is an international admiralty contract in force then review the basics of a legal contract and see if your situation measures up to that definition. Were you given full disclosure that the use of FRN's made you a willing slave/serf to a pretend "State" or group of men and women pretending to be the/a "State"?
