I may have led you to belive that I was wanting to "get out" of a mortgage by the recent post. I am not in arrears or wanting to challenge the contract.
I do have a land patent and the point of question was.... If anyone had past experience with a land patent being somehow voided by willingly continuation of mortgage payments.... I doubted this would be the case but thought I'd ask.
I think most of the posted questions here have been focused on destroying a mortgage contract with land patent..... not exactly what I had in mind but I would be interested in any comments you have to make on the subject of land patents generally. I am definitely not into the method or intent of the lady mentioned in California.
