guys, what about this fundamental question:& "Consitution Restoration Act"&- the title is very suggestive, is it not?
if the constitution is "alive and well" then why the "restoration?"
wouldn't this act, via its passage, be public acknowledgement of the death of the constitution?
wouldn't the body of the act be public acknowledgement of the equity/admiralty courts under which we operate?
just asking as i'm always seeking answers - i'll never know enough.
