Also, ignorance or reckless disregard of the principle that Law is a Rule En-Forced is why you see so many silly fools going around declaring themselves "Sovereigns" as if they had the individual power to enact laws and to establish "Common Law Courts" and to subject others and even the officers of the established Government to their own personal jurisdiction.
