that is the way. Keep attacking and hold them to the code! My first couple of tries were paper intensive but, I refined my approach and found lots of progress.

If they cannot verify it and do not remove it, they are in non-compliance with the code. Also, they are committing fraud and maybe even some liable claims can be made as well since they are a public agency distributing potentially false and misleading information.

One of the reasons I have had success with them is because I kindly remind them that a lot of other charges can be waged against them other than the code. And all one has to do is go down to the local court house and file a complaint. It should be rather easy since you are already in honor. And there is a host of annotated statutes that reference libel suits, fraud, mail fraud, misrepresentation, conspiracy, and on and on.
