Re:Can they do this?

Yes, as Jersee stated the DA would be breaking numerous laws. Aside from that, a few other things about this story just&do not make sense:

 1.
If the DA is filing a lawsuit against a group and not single persons, then it must be due to the group filing copyrights, protests, UCC documents, etc.&as a group, and not as singular flesh & blood humans. I have not seen this method taught anywhere.

How would the DA filing a lawsuit against this patriot group 'expunge' court & UCC records? That does not make sense - the DA would have to take action against the state on behalf of a wronged party (the public or the state). Who is the wronged party? What are the grounds for this civil lawsuit?

Since when can a court void something that it was not party to, and is bound by law to uphold? (copyrights, protests, etc)

Not saying that this is a bogus story, but there are many parties out there who would love to assist BB in placing doubt in your mind & heart.

Learn what is true for yourself and believe it, and please do not allow yourself to become a tool for propaganda.

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
