<FONT face="courier new, courier, mono">Yes, as Jersee stated the DA would be breaking numerous laws. Aside from that, a few other things about this story just&do not make sense:</FONT>
<LI><FONT face="Courier New">If the DA is filing a lawsuit against a group and not single persons, then it must be due to the group filing copyrights, protests, UCC documents, etc.&as a group, and not as singular flesh & blood humans. I have not seen this method taught anywhere.</FONT>
<LI><FONT face="Courier New">How would the DA filing a lawsuit against this patriot group 'expunge' court & UCC records? That does not make sense - the DA would have to take action against the state on behalf of a wronged party (the public or the state). Who is the wronged party? What are the grounds for this civil lawsuit?</FONT>
<LI><FONT face="Courier New">Since when can a court void something that it was not party to, and is bound by law to uphold? (copyrights, protests, etc)</FONT></LI>
<FONT face="Courier New">Not saying that this is a bogus story, but there are many parties out there who would love to assist BB in placing doubt in your mind & heart.
Learn what is true for yourself and believe it, and please do not allow yourself to become a tool for propaganda.</FONT>

When a statute, code, or court holding changes tomorrow, does reality change? Does truth change? Does right and wrong change?
If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
