Now this is strange

There's been an ongoing battle between my mother and my eldest brother's former wife over his life insurance policy, and setting up a trust fund for his kids. He died last year and they are nearing a settlement.

Knowing what I do about the ALL CAPS NAME, and how it is used, I'm surprised to see in the trust document that the attorneys set up that the Mother's and and the Grandmother's name (my mom) are spelled with the correct upper/lower case spelling, but the children (beneficiaries) are spelled in all caps. Also, they spell my deceased brother's name in all caps (and they didn't even get that right).

Does anything think there is any significance to some names being all caps and other spelled in the normal flesh and blood upper and lowe case?

Thanks for any comments.
