this is a easy one. Look at it this way. Walmart has rules and policies that apply to its employees. Do those rules and policies apply to you if you do not work for Walmart? Its the same with public policy, it applies to members of the corporation or public which is the government. They trick us into the game by use of the strawman. Thats how they get around the Constitution.&
