This kinda stuff happens when processes that are not supported by law are put to use.& But, if any of the docs used in the process where "verification" and the BoE was tendered "conditionally" -- the gov. doesn't have a leg to stand on... unless of course the BoE claims to be drawn against a "closed account".
Note: If the verification was not provided... then NO ONE HAD THE RIGHT TO ATTEMPT TO USE THE "NOTE"... AND DID SO UNLAWFULLY.
So, does anyone think that the entire mess can be turned around on those attempting to file charges against one that has used this certain process?
