Yeah. Jail Sucks. Jail really sucks.

Welcome back to the world of the deceived-to-be-free.

A few points to be made:

We all try to avoid having to go to court, but once you're there, its best to follow their rules. I know there are opinions floating around on this forum that suggest you should refuse to cooperate, but now that you've spent in 11 days in jail, i'm sure you have a slightly different perspective on that. I too spent a little time (only a couple of days) inside and had my eyes opened to this as well.

You have a remedy available to you, even when you follow the rules. It's just harder to come by and you will be met with much resistance. Learn the rules of court for your state. Know how to use the system to your advantage. Learn to write extraordinary writs (direct access to your common-law rights to due process).

As for now, the first order of business is to get your auto back. What state did this take place in?
