they dont follow the rules either, its a crapshoot blacktruth. depends on the judge and the situation, thats why we have this freedom movement. we know the law, its easy to go learn the rules and stuff, thats the whole problem. ive won cases using all kinds of remedies, "freedom stuff" and conventional court stuff, just depends.
