Application for DL
I went in to renew my DL today at an express location. I told them I lost my DL and I was here to renew my expired one. They gave my a blue form to fill out. I did not put my SSN on it and when I signed the thing I signed - By name authorized Rep and without prejudice above my name. She asked me for some ID and I handed her an ID I made with my UCC FS number on it. It also had my name address height etc. Well they wouldn't accept it. Said I have to have three forms of ID examples work ID, a SSN, bank debit card. I said I don't have those and you already have my ssn and my driving record. Still they wouldn't do it. She said they cannot confirm my signature..."we don't have the equipment to verify your signature here." So as I started to leave she took the signed application, and I grabbed it from her and said "I'm not filling this out again!"
I believe that signed app she was trying to keep was going to be monitized. Why else wouldn't she just let me keep it?
I am only renewing it so I can cancell it. Just need to learn a little more before I do that.
