One thing to do is to serve them via Registered Mail that any document that you have signed, including an alleged license, is something that you do not understand, and that the only signature of yours that is valid on any document or agreement that they have is as follows:

Any other signature you have on file is not my signature, because I only sign government documents with the signature above.

I hereby revoke and rescind all signatures on file that do not match the above signature. You have two options at this point: (1) Allow me to apply my signature as shown above, or (2) consider all contracts cancelled and all documents containing any signature not as above null and void.

If I am forced by the DMV to sign any document in any fashion other than the exact wording above, it will be under duress, and witnessed by two witnesses who will sign affidavits stating that they witnessed the duress firsthand.

Demand is hereby given to disclose any reasons that I cannot sign my signature as above, as my signature is my property. If this demand is not met within the 30 days below, it will be your nihil dicit and tacit agreement that I have the right to sign my name only as shown above, and that all other signatures are revoked and rescinded.

Demand is hereby given to show where I waived my right to freely travel and placed myself under your jurisdiction while having full disclosure. If this demand is not met within the 30 days below, it will be your nihil dicit and tacit agreement that I have the right to freely travel without license or permission.

Your response is demanded within 30 days, or you give your nihil dicit and tacit agreement that my statements stand as truth at law and can be used to my advantage in any court or setting.
