Florida - Plead In Equity !
Mr.John B Sims III is planning a seminar on equity jurisprudence here in the Dirty South.
These concepts are applicable nationwide, and I was posting Florida in order to hopefully draw the region first.
His extensive, methodical research has been busting at the seems for over 15 years & is screaming to get out.
Please post here if you want to go or you can email me prescottweishaupt@yahoo.com also
A decent head count is needed & it is not John's intention to price gouge.
We can over come the ad-nauseum 12(b)(6) Motions to dimiss for failure to state a claim when we petition.
Even if you are into operating in Commercial Law - - Commercial Law still falls under equity. It is possible to plead this way w/o arguing.
This is, in my opinion coupled together w/facts, that this is another missing link.
