I now sign EVERYTHING (DL and Insurance) "Authorized representative with P.O.A, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, Signature."
I have got some odd looks, but if they say "what is that?", I say "My Signature". End of story.
My brother just renewed today and signed like that, no problem.
It means that is not my DL, I am simply the Authorized rep for that legal fiction. And HE reserves all his rights, as a legal fiction. I am NOT linking myself to the contract of the Driver's License.
I will tolerate the Extortion fee for now for the pretended "Privellidge" of driving simply so that I do not get harassed anymore, it's only $50. But I also have the large "NOT FOR HIRE" sign in the back window. If I get pulled over for any reason and they ask for my license I still tell them I don't have one( since I don't, but my legal fiction Registered Business does, just in case he ever needs it) and that's when the roadside fun starts.
Don't give an inch.
