Now, let's approach this matter as a king and a honorable sovereign--if you don't mind.&


I would keep that returned package and put it in a safe place.& that is proof of their dishonor of your payment.& Next, I would not even discuss it anymore but, i would respond to their dishonor.& just draft a letter acknowledging receipt of their refusal to accept payment.& Now this part is a power move:


when i respond to their dishonor, in my letter I make reference to the fact that they returned my payment and denied me due process.& i accepted their dishonor of my payment and i consider the matter settled.& i form a letter like this and i make a copy of their response proving their dishonor and attach it to my reponse.& next, i address the letter back to them and I send a copy of that package to other parties who may like to see that child support is refusing payments.& Parties that I would send it to would be like a few state senators and congressmen/women, the governor, 20/20, any family court judge, the better business bureau, all 3 CRAs, a close friend, a prominent women's right's group, and maybe even a priest.& this list of addressees should be in the letter for all to see--including child support.& keep everything public and in the open.


in your reponse you do not have to be specific about how you decided to pay and you do not have to mention that you used a Vod.& All you need to do is say that you offered to pay it and they refused.& And i am sure that they did not reference a vod in their response to you.& they just probably said that you cannot pay by CPN or something to that effect.& you keep the returned package as proof cause you may need to prove your claim of dishonor.& Cite any codes that support your position on dishonor of payments.
