that may be the case in your situation, but I have not seen a statement of accounting yet and I have asked several times for one for over nine months now! But I am not hanging my hat on that in order to win. Even if they do provide a statement of accounting, the judge still has to ignore my basic questions in open court, my three unrebutted affidavits, my evidence of material alteration to the original note, their fraud upon the court by submitting a fraudulent note into the record, and the Statutes at Large, which they have openly violated with evidence on the record!
The fight ain't over until I say it is!!
