Anyways as you've read in the last post, I've sent out police reports. Well the govenors office received & refered my report to the Division of Financial Institutions("DFI") since DFI is the regulator for Bank of Hawaii (BOH).

I personally don't understand and need help. DFI is letting me know that I could file a complaint against (BOH) and that they would investigate what the problem is but I would need to fill out their complaint form. Also that DFI's authority is limited to provisions of chapters 412 & 449 of Hawaii Revised Statues and that they don't have the authority to make determinations of fact or to rule on contractual matters between a private individual & an institution regulated by DFI and that I should consult a private attorney to determine legal rights I may have agains (BOH).

This is where I desperatelly need any and all help to find laws that (BOH) & all commercial banks had violated their own laws please help DESPERATE.

THEY'VE GIVEN ME A TIME FRAME TO RESPOND BACK TO THEM ITS 3/7/05/ TODAY I HAVE TO THE 3/15/05. DESPERATELY SEEKING LAWS THAT BOH VIOLATED YOU AND I AS PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS. MORESO THOSE BEFORE US. FAMILYS WHO LOST THEIR HOMES. HELP ME DO SOMETHING IN THIS SHORT TIME THAT I HAVE.
